課程概述 |
本課程以發展證據為本政策（Evidence Based Policy）為學習取向，經由對社福政策4P面向（Philosophy, Policy, Program, Practice）的討論，來探究政策發展、形成、執行、評估乃至政策研究中的各種議題。重點期能放在我國社福體制現況和社會議題的理解與討論，並透過閱讀、文獻及對官方統計資料的解讀與分析，來增進學者對社會福利政策模型與社福政策研究的理解，與從事政策溝通和運用的能力。 |

課程目標 |
期待學生完成本學期課程後，得以：
1. 瞭解社會福利政策的理論模型。
2. 瞭解政策分析的方法與工具使用。
3. 加強對我國社會議題及相對應社福政策的理解。
4. 促進政策辯護及與政策關係人對話溝通的知能。
